Shatterfield's Downloader is designed to handle all of the downloading of the COT Data using the Shatterfield system. Once all of the options have been set, you will only need to click the "Download" button to retrieve the newest data. From here, click on the Options button.The first thing that you'll want to do is select the data type that your software will use. Note that if you have several products that can use Shatterfield COT data, it will download for them all, not just for only one of them. Downloading can take some time (several minutes) depending on your settings. New downloads, as well as reset data downloads, have a lot of work to do. Updating existing data is usually much faster. Just give the Downloader a chance to do its job.
